"There have been many books written about business success and failure in America. Climbing Jacob's Ladder is a special story of both--ending on a 'success' note. It's the 'life story' of Ed Anderson exemplifying his special combination of inventory, entrepreneur and marketer skills. "Every business person should read this book. It will renew their spirit, give them hope, and most importantly show them a way to success" Dr. Ronald E. Kramer, Director The Commercial Service U.S. Department of Commerce Minneapolis District Office. |

Making it to the top in my business career was just as tricky as climbing one of those rope ladders you see at special events called "Jacob's Ladder"...one misstep slightly off center and this swivel-based ladder would turn upside and flip you into the hay. Then you would have to start over again. The crazy things I tried to become successful and wealthy would fill a book...this one! Here's where you'll benefit from my mistakes, and save years on your quest for financial independence. I think you'll have a few laughs, too. "If it's going to be, no one is going to hand it to me", was my principal thrust. You can do the same in pursuing your business quests. Just note what and what not to do from my experience, and you'll outpace me every time. My motto: "It's better to be a failure with something new than to be a success at doing nothing" |
